Lance Moore is a 1990 graduate of Musicians Institute (GIT) in Los Angeles, California. He has written and produced two albums and is in the process of producing a third.

He has taken clinics with Les Paul, Eric Johnson, Andy Summers, Allan Holdsworth, Al Di Meola, Mike Stern, John Entwistle, Billy Sheehan, Scott Henderson, Paul Gilbert, George Lynch, Paco Pena, John Scofield, Paul Reed Smith, Hiram Bullock, Robben Ford, Joe Pass, Albert Lee, Norman Brown, Pat Martino, Tony Rice, Derek Trucks, Tuck & Patti, and Benjamin Verdery.
